As a Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and leading to drive sales that meet and exceed store sales metrics through staffing, training, and developing your team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Meeting and exceeding store sales metrics and shrink established by the company
• Understanding and identifying sales opportunities to increase sales volume through one on one individual coaching in the moment.
• Meeting/exceeding internal and external customer expectations by setting the example and coaching the team in Vanity’s 5 steps of selling.
• Identifying, recruiting, and managing adequate store staff
• Providing daily coaching, clear expectations and direction to the team
• Role modeling Vanity company pride in the store by keeping a clean and safe environment for all customers and employees
To succeed in this position, you must be strong in coaching/leadership, customer service, selling, organizational and communication skills. A minimum of 1-2 years of retail store management experience is required, along with a High School degree or GED equivalent. College degree a plus.
